Salawitch selected as member of UMD ScienceBEAT team

ESSIC / AOSC Professor Ross Salawich is part of a UMD collaborative effort called ScienceBEAT that will teach students about climate change at three area high schools.   The program, which is funded through the provision of a two-year $105,000 seed grant from UMD’s Council on the Environment (ConE), is designed to supplement existing lessons in the curriculum and not replace them.   Salawich is one of five UMD professors who comprise the ScienceBEAT team.
