ESSIC Director, Professor Antonio Busalacchi was featured in recent Bloomberg Business Week article regarding the effects of climate change on the landscape of European wine production. Busalacchi expressed particular concern for the famous Bordeaux region of France and how evolving trends in climate will alter both conditions for viniculture and ultimately wine flavor.
