Research conducted by ESSIC Research Associate Jianjun Liu and ESSIC / AOSC Professor Zhanqing Li–previously published in Atmospheric Chemistry Physics–was selected for highlight in the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Annual Report. ARM is a DOE’s primary program aiming at understanding the processes of climate changes and improving projection of future climate changes due to anthropogenic activities. The report chooses only a handful of the most significant findings made during a year and has a wide audience, including e.g. congressional representatives.
