Murtugudde cited in India Climate Dialogue

ESSIC Professor Raghu Murtugudde was cited in two different articles in India Climate Dialogue this past month.  The first discusses urban heat island effect and the second addresses how a warming Indian Ocean is weakening the South Asian summer monsoon.
