Busalacchi and Bowman co-chair climate workshop

Antonio Busalacchi with Admiral Frank Bowman (USN ret) co-chaired “The National Security Implications of Climate Change for US Naval Forces,” NRC Keck Building, on September 17. Busalacchi and Bowman also co-chaired a one day workshop for the Naval Studies Board and RADM White, Oceanographer of the Navy, on the Technical, Military, and Geopolitical Considerations for Future U.S. Navy Operations in the Arctic.
