ESSIC Researchers co-author 2013 World Ocean Atlas

ESSIC researchers Alexey Mishinov, Jim Reagan, and Matthew Biddle are co-authors of the newly released 2013 World Ocean Atlas, produced by the NOAA/NESDIS National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC).  The annual Atlas is used to provide initial and boundary conditions for modeling studies, as well as baselines for climate studies.
