Kalnay gives talk for the American Development Bank

Eugenia Kalnay gave an invited talk on “Population and Climate Change: A Proposal” for the American Development Bank, June 24, with tele-participation from Brazil, Bolivia and Colombia, South America. On June 18 Kalnay gave the Scientific Presentation to the Executive Council of the World Meteorological Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
