The ESSIC/CICS-MD “ClimateBits” multimedia project was featured along with its lead architect, Stephanie Schollaert Uz, in the August 2015 addition of the Goddard View. Published by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Office of Communications, the article entitled, “ClimateBits: simplifying earth science One Bit at a time,” featured comments from Schollaert Uz on the evolution of the project, which is a collaborative effort between NASA GSFC, NOAA, and UMD. The article also highlighted the recently announced commitment to climate education and literacy by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, which will include support of “ClimateBits.”
