Local Eats: Blaze Pizza

Check it out. You can pick from their signature pizzas or create your own pizza with as many ingredients as you want for roughly $8 (for a 10-inch, 6-slice pizza). I chose the spicy red sauce as the base, covered by mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with onions and lots of roasted garlic cloves … super good. I like the thin crust of the pizza and the choice of toppings … plus it takes only three minutes to bake. Good place for a quick lunch. It's not too busy during the weekdays, but packed on week-end nights. They have free wi-fi, too.
