ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – It was reported today via news release, that ESSIC Director and UM Council on the Environment Chair Antonio Busalacchi, recently addressed the Sandia National Laboratory as part of their Climate Change and National Security Speakers Series. Busalacchi spoke at length regarding the U.S. Navy’s first-hand knowledge and experience with climate alterations, as well as the strategic and National Security implications of global climate change.
