ESSIC Director and UM Council on the Environment Chair, Professor Antonio Busalacchi, will deliver the keynote address at the Maryland Space Business Roundtable (MSBR) Luncheon on October 6, 2015.
As a gathering place across the Maryland and national capital region for those who share a mutual interest in promoting a robust space community, the nonprofit MSBR provides a forum for aerospace and technology businesses, universities, and private individuals to interact, learn, and act on initiatives for future growth.
The organization boasts a rich and diverse history of speakers that includes high-level U.S. Government agency administrators, members of the U.S. Senate and Congress, and notable representation from the science and academic communities.
Busalacchi, who was recently appointed co-chair of the National Research Council’s Decadal Survey for Earth Science and Applications from Space, will speak on the topic at the October event.
