ESSIC Interim Director Fernando Miralles-Wilhelm was featured on an interview segment of Public Radio International’s (PRI) Living on Earth program on Sept. 15. Miralles-Wilhelm, a hydrologist, discussed the Everglades ecosystem and Hurricane Irma’s impact on the area. Last year, he co-authored a review of the Everglades restoration program that Congress enacted 17 years ago.
