Raghu Murtugudde gave the World Meteorological Day Lecture entitled “Physics to Fish to Fishers: Nature’s Rules and Biological Loopholes.” More than 300 people attended the lecture at the Varaha Mihira Hall, Pune, India including the general public, teachers, and students.
